Headline Finding

BYJU'S parent Think & Learn Private Limited has been in NCLT insolvency since 16 July 2024; the Supreme Court (4 May 2026) upheld restoration of the original creditors' committee, dominated by GLAS Trust at about INR 11,433 Cr, and the NCLT stayed bidding in July 2026 pending a 31 August hearing, while a $1.07B Delaware default judgment against the founder was amended in December 2025 with a new damages phase; outcomes after 31 August 2026 are not yet located.
