Fasal's legal entity (Wolkus Technology Solutions Private Limited, incorporated January 2018) is registry-confirmed, but its core claim that sensor data becomes reliable disease, pest, and irrigation advisories is stated without a published accuracy metric, its own terms of service decline to warrant advisory accuracy while marketing describes precise recommendations, and a previously cited $38.7M funding figure does not match independent tracker figures of roughly $17M to $19M.
